At Stride Pilates, we follow the Australian Pilates method designed by Physiotherapists, breaking down each Classic Pilates exercise into 4-6 levels. This approach ensures a gradual progression towards functional movement, allowing everyone to advance at their own pace and achieve greater strength and control. Vaniisha

With an extensive background in human anatomy and physiology, studying physiotherapy at a university level, Vaniisha has a strong scientific background with excellent communication skills and good clinical reasoning. Her interest in the human body and the benefits of Pilates on holistic health, encouraged her to pursue her dream of being a certified Pilates instructor full time.

Vaniisha believes that coming back to your Pilates mat each day is a practice of self-love, which in this fast-paced world of technology is often neglected. Pilates enables you to move your body in a way that is safe and optimal for our anatomy. Vaniisha is a strong advocate of “the human body is designed to move”.

Staying active is an integral part of CinXin’s life. As a Pilates instructor, she is motivated to help clients achieve their fitness milestones. Besides, she is also skilled at providing exercises and postural adjustments to clients with different fitness levels. As a physiotherapist and dance major graduate, CinXin is passionate to help others achieve their fitness goal and maintain a healthy lifestyle through Pilates practice. She enjoys working with clients to explore their limits and possibilities.
