Cancellation policy
We all know that life is busy and unpredictable at times, so we operate a 12 hour cancellation policy for all bookings – Group classes, Pilates 1-1 and Clinical sessions. All cancellations or changes should be communicated to our reception (by phone or email) or can be managed online through our website at least 12 hours prior to your booking.
- Late cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the booking are considered late cancellations and you will be charged in full.
- Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for a full credit.
- Missed appointments or classes: also result in a charge for the full cost of that appointment or class.
Group Classes
Group classes require a minimum of 3 clients to run. If this is the case up to 2 hours before the class starts, unfortunately the class will be cancelled.
No-Show Policy
If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling through our website before 12 hours, you will lose your session.
