Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Retail Sales

No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Service Sales
  • Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing error.  
  • Studio credits will be issued for the full amount paid for incorrectly processed sales. 
  • Each class package contains a strict expiry date. If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire and no refund will be given for any unused classes. 
  • All classes and packages are non-refundable, cannot be extended and non-transferable for any reason excluding illness or injury that states exercise is not permitted for a significant time period via a medical certificate emailed to hello@stridepilates.com or WhatsApp us prior to the expiry of the package.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
  • All return requests must be submitted in writing to hello@stridepilates.com within 7 days of the sale date.
